This private group welcomes all staff working at nonprofits in Lincoln and Lancaster County. Request to join the group and then post your questions, ideas, and announcements for your fellow nonprofit professionals.
Peer Roundtable Discussions
Executive Directors and CEOs
Inviting the senior paid staff (no matter your exact job title) at Cause Collective member nonprofits to join the Roundtable for Executive Directors! This gathering is a great way to relieve stress in a confidential setting with your peers. It is a safe environment where we can share concerns, support, and advice.
Meetings:
- First Thursdays from 4:00-5:30pm = Happy Hour (in person)
- Third Thursdays from 9:00-10:30am = Discussion (hybrid)
Volunteer Coordinators' Council
Inviting individuals who work or volunteer as the primary person responsible for recruiting, managing, and training volunteers to a nonprofit in Lincoln or Lancaster County. Your title does not have to be "Volunteer Coordinator."
Welcomes staff from nonprofits that are not yet Cause Collective members.
Meetings:
- Third Thursdays from 4:00-5:00pm every other month
Professional Development Scholarships
Professional development scholarships are available to Volunteer Coordinators.
ELEVATE: Empowering Nonprofit Professionals
This roundtable aims to strengthen the nonprofit ecosystem by fostering a network of professionals new to the sector/their role, and is designed to cultivate meaningful relationships and enhance leadership capabilities.
The focus is on young or new individuals in the nonprofit sector; however, all who are employed at a nonprofit in Lancaster County are welcome.
Meetings:
- First Wednesdays from 8:00-9:00am every other month
- First Thursdays from 4:30-6:00pm every other month
